The eyelash curlers are high quality and my clients love them very much.
This was my first order and overall I’m satisfied. The process was smooth, communication in English was clear and efficient, and the glue quality is excellent – great performance and nice bottle design.
However, the logo sticker on the glue bottle is very cheap-looking and peels off easily. Same with the sealant – the packaging looks okay, but the printed logo sticker is low-quality and the product itself is extremely watery. A few units leaked inside the packaging and couldn’t be sold, so we used them as testers.
These are minor issues that can be improved with better communication and attention to packaging details. I appreciate your service and hope we can continue to work together on refining the product quality.
